    Thanks for stopping by. Great question. Given your work and your background, I imagine you have some ideas 🙂 I don’t think that you “wake-up” people. My experience tells me that you can create an opening, but your client has to walk through that door of their own volition. They may get insights through our work with them, but there is a “readiness” for clients to take those insights beyond a cognitive understanding. Sometimes there is a delayed reaction of days, months or years. People seem to file things away until / if they are ready. The short answer to your question in 12-step parlance, is “what’s your bottom?” In other words, how bad does it have to get before one is willing to break a pattern or habit? I would be interested to learn how you answer your own question? Other folks want to chime in?
