Using the nine faces of the Enneagram, we will explore the Type related stories we may be telling ourselves that limit us and the stories we could be telling ourselves that can unlock the best of who we are. Chris Cavanaugh, a master coach will discuss narrative structure and how we use it to sequence and make meaning of events and how to use personal “sparkling” moments to reframe our stories.

Hi Ellen,
Thanks for your interest.The workshop time is 9am PT, 3pm ET, 6pm CET. Does that make a difference in terms of your ability to join? If not, yes, all of the workshops are recorded. I would need to get the participants to agree to share it outside of the group. The workshops are highly participatory. You’ll also miss the breakouts (2-3) which are not taped.
Let me know if the time allows you to attend. If not, I’ll see what’s possible.
