  • I think it is healthy to unplug. I hope you will read this comment on your return from vacation. I think we all need to develop plans to be unplugged for a little while everyday. I had lunch with someone today who received some bad news via an email, it hyjacked her emotions and she was unable to enjoy her lunch. We do not need to be available to email, social media 24/7. We are missing out on real life if we do not learn to set limits on time for email/iphones/androids/social media. Real life and real conversations, walks in nature, celebrations are what living is about!
